The Accuracy Down effect is -20 Accuracy and lasts for 90 seconds if unresisted. Though the description currently claims the duration of Accuracy Down varies with TP, it doesn't appear to. Was hoping more in terms of how it compares in damage to available wses. I'm unsure if it's worth picking up over the other meritable ones.
Outside it beats all unstacked WSes easily. Stacked, Rudra's still wins. Inside Abyssea, Stacked Rudras, and unstacked Evisceration will continue to reign supreme.
As for the other meritable WS, there are pretty much exactly 3 good ones, one of them is Dagger. Bismarck.Sylow said: » Herp derp. Anyway. I think one of the most important things to point out is that -20 accuracy to the enemy means you can be more "reckless" in your gear choices when face-to-face with tougher targets. And since it actually beats out our other unstacked options, it's worth using, too (I'm looking at you, Blade: Kamu) It's my favorite part of this WS. I cant seem to find the npc in rulude that bg said gives it. WS doesn't pull up his name.

Totally forgot to test this on the test server, but does the acc down effect stack with blind bolts? (Or thespell for that matter)

Physical (Piercing) aligned with the Scission and Fragmentation skillchain attributes (breeze, thunder, and soil gorgets slash belts if you wanna be a gimpo) The WS has an earth icon in the menu, likely due to accuracy down being an earth-based effect.
