the only thing i didnt like about claymore was the ending
1: Gundam SEED (including Destiny)
2: Full Metal Alchemist 3: Cowboy Bebop Well don't get me wrong when I say these, I don't neccesarily say these 3 are the best. But they are 3 of the anime's that come to mind when I think of my favorites at the moment.
1: Fooly Cooly 2: Death Note 3: Soul Eater (not done watching yet) Kyjelly said: the only thing i didnt like about claymore was the ending The end was pretty unsatisfying, but it left you with the impression there would be a 2nd session. From what I understand The Claymore manga continues past where the series ended. If there is a 2nd session we won't see it for a few years! D; I don't like anime as a rule, but I liked Princess Mononoke and Last Exile.

Death Note I actually read the Mangas of Bleach and Naruto cuz there are far more chapters/episodes than the Anime^^ most of the posts here are more modern popular anime then actual good anime it seems

O.oa... How can you say that our choices for 'good' anime aren't good? It's just one person's opinion. :P Btw... Been watchin R.O.D. the TV lately and forgot how much I enjoyed when I watched it years ago. =) Samurai Champlooooo was cool, just didnt like that it ended.

Rurouni Kenshin - Excellent Saga, watched it all
Air Gear - Very amusing, not many episodes though :( Agree'd with Scragg about Rurouni Kenshin, it's awesome.
As for two other top animes, i'll just say Bleach and Fooly Cooly, haven't really watched any others yet. so many to choose from ;; i'd have to put 2 categories of anime being top 3 classic and top 3 latest:
Classic: 1. Cowboy Bebop 2. Neon genesis Evangelion 3. Ranma 1/2 Latest favs: 1.Code Geass 2.Tenga Toppa Gurren Lagann 3.and uhhh ( /'-')/ Hayate the Combat Butler! (just started it and i already love it <.<) i have to submit quickly more good anime is coming in mind XD As Mitsuki said, so many to choose from, but if I were to name 3 I'd say:

1. Samurai X (not Rurouni Kenshin, that got really freaking stupid and ruined what made Samurai X so good, which was it's awesome historical accuracy and realism) 2. Trigun 3. Gundam MS08th Team (Short, but totally badass) don't pay attention to my avatar... i only watched a couple episodes of hellsing. i'll eventually watch the rest. anywho:
