What goes around comes around. I hope you don't think that the Dems will hold the House forever, because this is all going to boomerang hard.
Yea, it's boomeranging back on the GOP right now. It's great.
You guys just raised the bar significantly, above and beyond anything the GOP ever tried. Yuk it up for now, your day is coming.
Yeah, we aren't worried. What is there to worry about really? Rout Trump in '20, keep the House, your trying to scare us about stuff that is 4+ years down the road? Nah.

Ah, right. I forgot about your overconfidence thing. Good luck.
Coming off yet another gubernatorial victory, there is no reason not to be confident. The Dems are doing exactly what they were sent there to do and its working.

I seriously doubt anyone here thinks either party is going to hold the house indefinitely.
we will spend the rest of your country's lifespan watching pettiness flow back and forth.
Hmm, "your country"? I mean, you're not wrong, but it sounds pretty high and mighty coming from Mooseville.
the majority of our posters reading this thread are from your country, same with this site's ownership. only reason it was worded as such.
and not like it applies anywhere else; doubt any of you give a *** about any other country's lifespan being watched, let's be real lol. Only way dialogue is happening in this forum is if on that topic.
Well, I guess it wouldn't belong in this thread, but I might get a kick out of seeing a Canadian politics debate. Unfortunately it seems like you and our other token Canadian fall on a similar wavelength (or not, hard to say with 5 parties), so I'm not sure how fun that would be.
That constitution very clearly puts the president at the head of the executive branch.
By undermining the president’s authority in the executive branch they are undermining the constitution.
Just how are they undermining the president’s authority in the executive branch?
By participating in an impeachment scam where there is no crime.
It's an inquiry, not a scam, and the ones investigating are doing just what they were elected to do, keep the president in check. Participating in the inquiry is not tantamount to undermining the constitution nor is it undermining president's authority.
There are none so blind as those who refuse to see.
There has to be something to see before anyone can be blind to it. It's like calling someone blind for not seeing your imaginary friend. The burden of proof is in your side, not ours.

Ah yes, the familiar Clinton reference to try to discredit active pollsters because certain people don't like the results, while at the same time, trying to push poll results that they prefer. It never works.
