always assumed that was because half of THF's big WSs (Evisceration for example) are crit based, while Rudra's loves its WSD, so SE split the difference.
There's your WSD +11%!

So you slowly walk towards the mob to finish it at like 1% hp. Also while under Boost movement speed is reduced by 10%

Samurai snapshot?! Amazin-oh wait. If SE puts sam WSD piece as the legs, there will be rage. All of our high WSD armor pieces (ambu, AF+3) is already on legs. Body makes the most sense given overwhelm, but my trust in SE is not very high on this. So again I say inb4 sam's WSD is legs making us the only job with 1 WSD piece.

Sure, if you're multi-stepping use Evis. Otherwise Rudra's damage potential far outweighs it.

A legit evis set and a legit rudras set are pretty close in damage these days. unstacked rudras, that is.
