You know certain people work on a conjuration basis: tell the name thrice, conjure a chant, perform a ritual, sacrifice a taru and those poltergeist appear.
So, watch out when spelling those names. We must avoid invoking those stinking spirits here

Also wanted to add that Yoichi and Shining One are a nice combo.
Namas to Impulse is a simple 2 step darkness.
The crit rate on R15 Yoichi is generally useless. It does benefit Shining One atleast. At 3000TP your Impulse Drives will have a 25% crit rate. (15% from Shining One, 5% Merits, 5% Relic Augment)
I don't think it's worth making unless you are bored, or also play RNG (Namas is used in an Odyssey fight iirc)

all the bands I do like wouldn't have existed without Black Sabbath.
QFT. I don't think Ozzy needs to be your favorite, but he did so much to both create and lift and entire genre of music, it is a huge loss.

I saw Black Sabbath once at Download in 2012. Was never a major fan but basically all the bands I do like wouldn't have existed without Black Sabbath. I'm also a Brummie so it is a big loss.

Empyrean because it has -DT and high meva across the board and everyone should use both 100% of the time. But will still find excuses not to.
AMD
Or
Intel.

skilling up is not the hill you want to die on is it? pressing your /ra macro a million times to cap isn't exactly peak gameplay.
I'm not trying to convince him (or anyone) he should enjoy hitting /ra a million times, I just find the phrasing extremely ironic.
"I'm bored so I want to watch FFXI play itself" as though watching a bot do skillups for you is entertaining.

Shantotto, because saying anything else could result in magical harm coming to ones body (if you can even say it is a body after she gets her hands on you)
Artifact Armour
or
Relic Armour
or
Empyrean Armour?

I had forgotten kunimune has TP bonus augment. That's definitely better than Magian TP bonus Gkt. Good catch. Should work on all WS similar to Anarchy working on Savage/Aeolian

Why does autoRA not work with throwing? I'm so bored I want to skill up throwing.
You're so bored you want to AFK while the game plays itself? You could just watch a movie instead.
The actual answer is to get on nin with lvl 1 weapons.

The tp bonus only applies to ws ur does, 0 effect on ranged ws...

Personally, I didn't even opt for a gaming GPU in my latest laptop. I got a quadro T1200; it's good enough for any gpu acceleration I need and has better power consumption and heat tolerance. I'd rather go without gaming when I travel. Of course, if you're forced to do work trips all the time it might be a different story.
Think the real question is if the 4060 does what you need it to. The complaints about overheating, noise, battery, and weight are all completely legitimate. However, if you're sitting in a hotel room with the laptop plugged in and a headset on, none of them mean very much.
Passmark scores are a good starting point for how strong a GPU or CPU is, and they place the laptop 5080 about 50% higher than laptop 4060. Is that worth $1800? Really depends how much of a consumer you are and whether the 4060 can meet your needs as is. I think a lot of people are more worried about whether something is better than whether it will make their life better.

Yes, the damage bonus from the Oshosi Mask will still apply if the Lanun Gants +3 proc Quad Shot. Triple Shot is the core ability being used—the Lanun Gants simply enhance it by occasionally firing four shots instead of three. This enhancement doesn’t change the fact that you’re still activating the Triple Shot ability, so any gear that boosts Triple Shot damage (like the Oshosi Mask) will still take effect.

I can't get past how good these verses are:
Quote: Oh Final Fantasy
You pixelated dream
Your quests are my life
Or so it would seem
In Vana’diel’s arms
I’ll always be
Forever grinding for that +3 or also
Quote: This isn’t fair
Linkshell chatter fills the silent void
We’re all just adventurers unemployed but also
Quote: The music plays on
It loops in my mind
An 8-bit addiction
One of a kind

considering i only gave them less than 10 word prompt to go on, I was impressed they spit that out in less than a minute. ***is gonna be bananas in a few years from now. Yeah, they're both impressive but I don't like those styles of music.
Right now it can't do proper heavy metal or black metal, and the Draylo song was supposed to be power metal but clearly isn't.

Gaming laptops with high power graphics cards suck balls, IMO.
x060 is the most I'd go for, and it'll still be loud when gaming.
Will they die quickly? or what sucks about them aside from noise

I legitimately busted a gut laughing at the Mythic questline.
The part where you turn in Duties, Tasks, and Deeds, and they give you just a Gold Piece at first... dead lmao.
Then the very end where Naja cuts you in on the profits of your work... 3 Silver pieces baybbeeeeee!

Thanks. I will make the adjustments and get back in there tomorrow. This will make the 3rd time we’ll have killed v25 Mboze but our first kill went super smooth and our 2nd one didnt give us much trouble either but this 3rd on he has TPed under 25% 3 times in a row.

Quote: What's the Ranged SAM doing these days?
My guess is 119 Soboro with Ullr/Empyreal Arrow, probably your strongest bow WS, +50% damage, 2.0 attack modifier and try to fire at like effective 2500+. Maybe TP bonus GKT could work

It's been well-documented for a while that mobs change their TP use based on their HP remaining.
Above 50% they will generally prefer to wait longer, sometimes up to 3000 TP before they use a move. Not guaranteed, but tends to the higher ranges.
Below 50% they get more aggressive, I believe 2000 is their "cut off"
Below 25% they are very aggressive, and (can) use a TP move whenever possible (at 1k TP).
Nothing is guaranteed, there's an RNG element at all HP ranges, but this is how all mobs work, with the exception of mechanic-based TP moves like the fetter moves, dancing fullers, etc.
|
|
 |
|
Also, monsters can ready TP moves within the same window you're sucking TP from them. There's also a very slight delay from the moment you use a Ready move when it actually goes off. Your timing could be off. The log might not show it as happening at the same exact time, but he could be have the TP to use a move, then you activated Ready for drainkiss, you sucked his TP but he already started readying his move and at that point it doesn't matter what his TP is.
This is just my observation with monsters: Monster logic simply tells them to use TP the moment they hit a certain TP threshold, and it will use it the moment it can (sometimes it can get stuck in between other actions like casting etc). Whether they actually have the TP to perform the action doesn't matter. Above 25% most NMs will use TP when they hit 3000. Under 25 it's like 1500 or lower. You really need to be careful the lower a monster's health drops. You didn't tell us what health range Mboze was at, but if it was sub 25%, that could be why he's firing a move off so fast after drain. You may have sucked but he still has TP past the threshold.
Tldr: it's exactly what maletaru said, suck more
