There's more than 2 people on the ballot, not to mention write-ins.

You take things way to literally, dude.
There's a sarcasm tag, not my fault that you don't know how to use it.

Someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed today.

As that would face plant me right into a wall, nope.

Being literally literal again, fyi.

Wait a second. Stop everything, it's official..

Jeb Bush is running for president.

I sure hope I don't have to pick between him and Hillary.

Just saw this myself. All I need to know about him is that he's a Common Core supporter to want to throw him to the wolves.

Wait, strike that. The wolves don't deserve that.

Throw him to the militant feminists.

Well, it seems like the Democratic nomination is Hilldawg's to lose, for better or worse. Joe Biden and Howard Dean have a horse in the race.

I've seen Jeb Bush, Christie, and Rubio cited as major considerations for the Republicans. I think Perry was considering it too but that might be hard to do from prison and I don't think he's out of that hot water yet.

Oh, oh this is just *** hillarious.

Apparently Ed Rendell has expressed public interest in running.

I would vote George W. Bush for a third term before I cast a vote for that sack-of-***waste-of-air ***.

Hell. I would vote for Ronald *** Reagan -- in his current state -- before I vote for Ed Rendell.

Elizabeth warren will likely take it from hilary. (Woman that isn't completely hated by half the country)

Don't forget Rand Paul for the republicans! (They probably have a woman they wanna throw out as well) Because if we have learned anything form the last two elections popularity is way more important than ability to run a country!

I'd love to see Elizabeth Warren run, but I'm pretty sure she's pretty firmly declined.

Russia scrambles to avoid collapse.

Last time we were laughing at Putin, the ruble exchange was around 44-1. Now its at 64-1 and interest rates have been hiked 17%. But hey! Its all according to plan, right?

Oddly enough this is actually something to pay attention to. A destabilized Russia would be a nightmare.

Exit question, is the US next in line for massive rate hikes.

Would love to hear how Putin's fall would be a nightmare, unless you are afraid of a competent Russian leader taking over.

She'd be corrupted by the political apparatus if she ever attempted to run for POTUS. She should stick to boosting progressives with soaring rhetoric, Congressional powers and inspiration rather than wade into the murky waters of drone strikes and bombing campaigns.

Sometimes being a member of Congress or going into the fundraising/non-profit arena is the superior option.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/news/post-nation/wp/2014/12/16/hero-mom-calls-into-cspan-to-berate-her-arguing-pundit-sons/?tid=sm_fb

Quote:
Everybody knows that the best part about CSPAN is the unpredictable nature of the show’s call-in segments, where regular hosts and guests do an admirable job of fielding unusual questions with no advance warning. But brothers Brad and Dallas Woodhouse are now the champions of awkward CSPAN calls, after the politically divided brothers ended up taking a call from their mom.

“Oh God, it’s mom,” Dallas Woodhouse said as soon as “Joy” from North Carolina started to speak.

“You’re right, I’m from down south,” she said. “And I’m your MOTHER.”

She’d called to take issue with something her kids said on air: That the brothers’ political bickering — you see, one is liberal, and the other is conservative — is typical of most families. “I don’t know many families that are fighting at Thanksgiving,” she said. “I’m hoping you’ll have some of this out of your system when you come here for Christmas. I would really like a peaceful Christmas.”

Steve Scully, the show’s host, jumped in to clarify: “This was not planned. She called in on the normal line.”

“I love you mom,” Dallas said at one point.

“And I love politics,” she replied.

Addressing Scully, she said: “They’re both very passionate about what they believe in, and I love that about them; but I hope they just kinda get this out of their system today on your program.”

Lol, mom calls in at CSPAN.

I think you can get alot more done from the outside than inside the bubble of beltway politics. Amass enough money and you influence the idiots up there anyway, since they have nothing of value to add other than partisan sniping.

Changing the apathetic nature of us smallfolk can be more readily achieved from a pedestal that doesn't involve drone strikes, kowtowing to your feudal lords/ladies and having to play 'filter' on everything you say because you're the POTUS.

Get good enough at rhetoric and you can make the POTUS act accordingly anyway.
