I've asked two or three times if you have any concern about being environmentally cleaner, as is the goal of the legislation, and you've said nothing on that count.
He is, or at least was before the government put him out of business.

Go back to Pleebo's last post and a few of mine about pastured cows.

Yeah, see, you have in no way explained why you'd need to expand your business. Telling me "It's illegal for me to sell milk!" does not translate because I'm not a dairy farmer. You're very bad at making yourself understood. So try really, really hard to take more than 3 seconds bashing your face into your keyboard and explicate why your farm, which produces a higher-quality product at a lower environmental cost, would need to expand in order to promote itself.

Whats so hard to understand about selling my milk, to anyone but a dairy plant is Illegal. (Synonyms 1. unlawful; illegitimate; illicit; unlicensed. Illegal, unlawful, illegitimate, illicit, criminal can all describe actions not in accord with law.)

I'm bad about making my self understood? Why not ask me "why is selling milk illegal?" Instead of being a ***..

Well I'll tackle why milk is illegal to sell since you asked so nicely.. Back in the 1920's dairy farmers would feed the cows rotten leftover grains called distillers from brewery's to cattle. It was high protein and the cow could digest it becuause of the four stomach's without getting sick themselves. However the milk was basically no good, it actually turned blue. But when the milk was mixed with good milk nobody could tell the difference. This made people sick and some died.
So the government stepped in with rules and regulations, which actually did need to be put in place. Ever since then the government has been adding and adding to the regulations.

The only way a Dairy farmer big or small can sell milk is though a Dairy Processing plant. (For the 5th time?)
Smaller farmers get paid more for the higher-quality product they produce through premiums but it is a pittance compared to how much is paid for the volume.

The only possible way for me to legally sell milk without selling it to a processing plant, is to build a processing plant of my own. Then I would have to market the milk and ship the market milk to stores, that already have contracts with other dairy's.

I just wanna run my dairy farm and be left alone, I should not HAVE to build a Multi-million dollar empire just to farm 500 acres and milk 100 cows.

Half their life revolves around this website so I wouldn't be too offended at the fact that they always have something to say about anything and everything. You can post anything at anytime during the day and one of them will reply with some smart-*** comment. You can tell by the way they talk/write/speak that they haven't had much experience with the way business works as many of them have probably never seen the outside of a computer monitor. Keep on keeping on Altimaomega! I salute you!

None of that explains anything relevant here.

You are running a dairy farm. It therefore is a farm that produces dairy products. By god, the name is so complex and clever that it boggles the mind. Presumably you do not make that milk for yourself. Oh no, indeed you do not, you sell it to a processor.

Wait, sell? Huh... haven't I been talking repeatedly about selling? Hmm...

So what the *** is the problem? You are selling your milk to a processor. Processors pay more per liter for high-quality products from a smaller farm like yours. This is because they can sell their high-quality processed milk at a higher price to consumers. That's one whole extra IRRELEVANT step in the point I've been making. You produce a product that is of better quality and is more environmentally sound, meaning you are serving consumers and conforming to regulations designed to keep this planet habitable. Even if you are not the person directly selling the milk to the public, you can still generate a reputation for quality and care that benefits yourself and your processor.

Or you can whine like a little ***. Which is clearly what you want to do. Because your objections have thus far been tangential nonsense in an attempt to soapbox your ill-defined anti-capitalist stance.

1. I have never, nor will ever troll.
2. I'm smart enough to realize that one should have an education to run a business, something you have yet to realize.

3. I don't sit around and whine when things don't go my way because I lacked the experience/expertise to properly manage what I'm in charge of.

grow up.

also the "word" you're looking for is the conjunction "you're" also known as "you are" instead of the word "your" which shows possession.

Again, maybe if you had an education, you would know that.

Let's get the points down, for reference:

You *** about laws that are passed, instead of doing something about it.

You have trouble managing your business.

You don't have a proper education.

You resort to attacks when it's recommended that you get a business manager, to help save yourself.

You do other attacks when you are given other advice, and are pointed out several flaws in your "logic" by several people.

ok...

Sounds like you should quit the business, then. Everything about it is not working for you (although I could point out several times you've contradicted yourself, but why shame you further?), you're entirely cognizant of why it isn't working, and you have no interest in fixing it.

"Oh dearie me, the mean ol' socialist gub'mint is here with their capitalist mega-corporation slavemasters expecting me to take care of the planet and turn a profit, neither of which I'm capable of doing. Better get onto the internet and whine ceaselessly about how I just wanna milk my cows for no discernible reason."

I have a friend who really enjoys computers. He went so far as to get a degree in computer science and studied programming and hardware and all that fun stuff in his free time. To his chagrin, he found that there was basically no market in his area for his skillset, meaning he had just wasted 4 years of college and, arguably, 15 years of his life. He could either move somewhere else, which would be a dubious prospect as the jobs dried up because they moved to India, or he could find a new field, which is what he did. Or I guess he could sit around making little to no money and complaining about it. Yeah, that last one sounds like a sensible idea.

***, you're making me sound like one of the bootstrappers around here. I never thought the day would come that I'd be arguing with a conservative who hates basic capitalism. It's like finding a vegetarian who only eats beef.

You make assumptions about people based on writing skills.

You attack people when you give your version of logical advice and they call you on it.

You love to say people are wrong but show no hard evidence you are right.

You claim not to be a democrat but hold the same views as them.

You come into a tread that you have no idea what your talking about and shoot you mouth off.

You think its ok for the government to fine and regulate anything and everyone for your version of the greater good.

He lives in a different part of the country from me and this crisis happened to him several years ago, so I can neither confirm that the situation is the same today nor that it is true everywhere. There is hard science earlier in this thread explaining why methane is a considerable danger to our atmosphere and steps that can be done to reduce its release into the air.

What's your version of the greater good that is served by letting the planet bake? Because you've already said that you won't do *** (pun!) to preserve our environment.

I do no such thing, especially with you, I simply added your lack of writing skills to your already demonstrated lack of reading comprehension and your own admittance to a lack of proper education.

I do no such thing, and no, it is logic and advice, not just my version, I implore you to refute it though... (this is you saying you're not stupid for not having insurance all over again).

I don't by a long shot, starting with but not limited to the fact that I'm against all forms of "gun control" (please, nobody start that in here, please).

I never stated a thing that I didn't know what I was talking about, and have been up front with my level of enthusiasm from the start, I'm sorry that you can't handle such honesty.

Fair enough, but one can still move and do it, yet while I do realize the effort and time that entails.

***, you're making me sound like one of the bootstrappers around here. I never thought the day would come that I'd be arguing with a conservative who hates basic capitalism. It's like finding a vegetarian who only eats beef.

Please point out the times I have contradicted myself. All you do is read what I write, have no comment about it. Then, go off on a tirade about how you think I'm wrong and talk about ***that that does not pertain to this thread. You have yet to prove anything I have said as wrong, only *** and whine.

Let's get the points down, for reference:

You *** about laws that are passed, instead of doing something about it.

You have trouble managing your business.

You don't have a proper education.

You resort to attacks when it's recommended that you get a business manager, to help save yourself.

You do other attacks when you are given other advice, and are pointed out several flaws in your "logic" by several people.

ok...

sounds fun.

I never stated a thing that I didn't know what I was talking about, and have been up front with my level of enthusiasm from the start, I'm sorry that you can't handle such honesty.

and lolno, no I don't...

Have you read this tread at all? Or did you just jump over here cause I stopped posting in that other thread that you murdered with you so called "logical advise".

Unfortunately: yes, and definitely not the thread killer around here...

P.S. it's "advice"
