One thing I would like to mention about Wawa coffee as well (and I'm sure Sheetz, I haven't been in many of those), it's not like "Oh we have reg and decaf". No, that would be a slap in the face. Today options were:
Regular, Decaf, Cuban Roast, Dark Roast, Holiday Blend, Columbian Roast.
Then of course there is the latte machine if you so desire. Or if you want, you can get MTO lattes, espressos, machiattos, etc.
If you prefer tea, they have a variety of teas you can get as well.
Soda junkie? They have the uh coke machine with the options. I forget what it's called. It's Friday, sue me.
It's as Ramy said, a truck stop without the truck stop stereotypes. 
Also, they have a full service coffee shop.

My only qualm with that picture is it looks as if everything is automated/self serve. I'm okay with that for regular coffee but I love the different tastes you get out of hand made drinks based on how a barista does things. It's kinda like tasting different wines or scotches, each one tends to have a slightly different way of doing things and it all feels... I don't know, more alive?
I loved going into the coffee shop and asking for a drink and then without looking at who made the drink, taking and sip and then being able to yell back up to the counter (the place was usually pretty empty or people who didn't give a ***) the exact barista that made it and thank them. XP
Otherwise, it all looks good!

Sheetz is very automated/line prep, it's just done at a higher level than most fast food. That includes the coffee. Basic coffee is self serve, they do make the regular coffee drinks individually (and they will do fresh brewed if you don't want the stuff sitting out, though it does cost more, obviously).
I don't do those much so I can't say that 100%, but the people who work there wear a lot of hats so I wouldn't expect it to be a $7 perfect brew macchiato or anything.
But...you're also paying $2-4, not $7.

My only complaints with Sheetz have to do with price and time.
Their coffee prices and quality are fine, but their food prices have gone up and I haven't been in love with all of their changes over the years to various things, but that could be nostalgia for their old stuff more than an actual dig on the quality.
They do take longer than they used to in order to prep food, too, but that comes when you start offering 8,000 options.
Overall still a great place for just about anything you need on the road, though.

Next step is a meeting tomorrow to confirm everything for our group, then I get to spend time finding an 8th for the group and moving everyone around depending on what I can get pulled in.

Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
