Hey, let's say someone's brother was being harassed via texts by his crazy cousin after he asked him several times to leave him alone. So, this person's brother went and filed a complaint and requested a restraining order to stop the contact and was denied, what happens? Does the crazy cousin have a complaint on his record or something?
