Annoying Drop Rates?

One name: Rose Garden.

Does treasure and tribulations count? Must've done that BCNM 100 times, I've only ever picked the right chest 2 times. I guess it's sort of comparable to a drop rate.

Haven't spent a whole lot of time really camping anything since I returned after a years abscence... But prior to my break, you can just put in whatever NM you want, and that's my annoying drop rate.

I've spent about half my playtime over all my characters, camping a drop.. NOTHING EVER wants to drop for me and it pisses me the hell off... Every dynamis I've ever went to, every single other drop will drop (often more then once, yes even AF) but what I want NEVER drops.. Nyzule runs adhere to the same behavior. What adds insult to injury is the fact that pretty much any NM I just happen to come across and kill, drops it's most sought after and rare drop... Only problem is I most often only run into NM's that drop items no one really wants (some of the new synthesis materials and the new NM's that drop them come to mind, like radiant velvet) or they drop things that are now obsolete either due to a bigger better replacement, or have fallen in price so much it's just not even really worth worrying about.. Rabbit Charm for instance used to be worth millions, now it's worth a couple hundred K, which anyone with a 75 job can farm the gil for in no time.

What drop rate annoys me? All of them...

I think this is just a little bit ridiculous. I appreciate SE's attempt at making the game difficult, but how much time do I have to waste for an item?

Sometimes abusively way longer than just about everyone else!!!! >:O!!!!!!

Usually don't *** about 0/3, but *** Nuhn. When you solo/duo all the NMs taking 2-4 hours each and farm all the zeni, it pisses you off.

I usually give up when I don't get what I want quick. Gave up on Nyzul Isle, eventually I do it, but only drops Askar. PCC gave up and bought it. LL gave up and went 1/1 on BCNM.

I have such bad luck, but I'm a slacker too, I hate camping NMs.

I don't know if this counts or not but 1/1 on Adaman Hauberk the only Nidd that ls ever killed it was 100% chaos but body dropped and I won lot!

I don't even wanna get into Dynamis drops (rdm hat is also my nemisis..I haven't seen one drop in about 2 years.)

Luminian Tissue... I get one of these (need three for each obi) roughly every 10 organs that drop from the mobs in SEA. Spent a whole night farming and gotten NONE! That ain't right!

if it can be bought just farm or craft or whatever and save the head ache and buy it.

Went like 0/12~ on Dynamis Lord dropping a ring while I was up for it before my shell decided it wasn't worth the loss of farming time for Relic. I've since quit the game, but it would have been nice to have and kept me around with them longer.

0/12 doesn't sound bad until you realize Dynamis can only be done twice a week and in a respectable shell, you alternate zones. Xarcabard was done far, far less than 2 times a week.

*** K.Ore, I've done ISNM75 like, 40 times, and never had it drop, but I get Jujitsu Gi's 1/3 of the time I camp him.

-0/6 on Chonchon, just bought the belt, was tired of competish.
-Never even seen a Nyzul Armour piece drop let alone gotten one.
-Never had a good bcnm run myself, but I have seen others I was with get something good.

I believe this all to be in karma due to when I was starting out, I got bounding boots 1/1 when I passed it by on random chance.
I did also get my Summoner's Gloves my first time in Dyna-Bastok, so any built up luck after the BB's were used on that.

How about 2/30+ now on Hikazu Hara-ate (Usukane 35 body)! First one went to a *** who quit the game 2 weeks after getting it and the other dropped to the floor as we timed out.

I went 1/3 on that, Wasn't bad at all.

I went like 1/70~80 in Morri body 35. I was about to abort, cuz was doing everyday salvage in like 5 months

And atm im 0/55 in morri legs :/ even with TH4, so th4 its a lame to me <.< or doesnt exist

But lol, i went 1/2 in Skadi legs =D

So far in my SSR runs (I've been doing shout runs every day for a little over a month now) I'm at 6 Usukane 35 heads, 1 Morrigan 35 legs, 2 Ares 35 legs, 1 Usukane 35 body. Drop rate isn't all that bad really. Averaging 1 35 every 3~4 runs.
