Yeah I saw that too. Do you like it? Sadly, as much as I want to like his solo stuff because I LOVE the Raconteurs, I just can't get into him as much. I mean, his music isn't bad, just not my cup of tea I guess. Kinda like
Totally addicted to this song, was like cool, a new artist, was pumped to listen to some more stuff from Gotye, but just couldn't get into it.

I'm liking his new one so far, but I do like his solo stuff a lot already too. Compared to his last one, there's a bit more depth to the progressions and some more expressive melodies/synth lines, giving it a Lapalco/AL-esque sound. Then on top there's a distinctly Raconteurs-y feel with some bluegrass overtones in places, akin to consoler of the lonely.. so this one might better suit you, not sure really~ but it's worth a listen!
