I struggle to believe there are many "new players" as in that have started since Asura closed. I did see what seems like a relatively new player accidentally casually talk in party chat about buying gil the other day though, like it's normal. It was something like "I haven't spent any money on gil yet this month" "I spend $300 last month"

Also your entire post supports what I said, which apparently is dumb, except it is fact as you have outlined.

There aren't "many" new players, just enough to influence movement.

Watch the subreddit, there's a daily "i'm new" post. 1 > 0

That entire post replies consist of "go to bahamut go to bahamut go to bahamut" It's doomed.

Look there's the Asura crowd then there's everyone else.

What's "normal" for Asurans is *** insane for literally everyone else.

You would know this if you didn't spend your entire gametime on a shithole rat infested sewer of a server.

As far as gil moving is concerned, most of that is RMT moving their bank accounts around. Now they can't go to Asura, they just move to the next highest populated server.

Same with actual people moving mules to buy/sell.

Simple economy. Where there is demand, the market moves in to meet it. No demand, no market.

There are occasional RMT shouts on small servers. The pickup rate is laughably small.

i.e. let Mogolophones generate every 20 hours, but let us stack more than 1. This balances how much one can ultimately grind out, but makes it more accessible for both solo, and easier to find parties.

They don't want to do this because it leads to generally higher queue times on populated servers. People tend to stack their runs back to back. It's not so convenient to have extra KI if you're waiting 30-40 mins between runs... worth?

The RMT merc shouts on Bahamut have blown up all over the place. To just one guy named Denny to at least 7 to 8 more accounts *** spamming it up. It's annoying.

Remove the ability to yell from stationary lv1 bots

Closing Asura has ruined Bahamut. The player count has nearly doubled in the last month and a good portion of these accounts are rmt bots. More players are turning off the yell channel and finding pick up groups are becoming more difficult due to the unrelenting toxic mercenary and rmt advertisement.

The filter is... usable. It needs more slots.

I would also state, but never say, "it needs to be easier to use" too many people don't know it exists or how to use it. But if they knew how, it would stop working.
