Mentally ill in Russia: you cannot drive

No, it seriously won't expand. You linked to a thumbnail.
In fact, you must be trolling. I just pulled up the page you grabbed it from and it is thumbnail-sized there, too. There is no larger version. Ctrl+ just makes it a larger blurry image too. I'm very aware, but it should still be readable at 1-2x, then again it could just be the bear's blind. I don't think anyone was able to read it though.

Their instability is relevant. There was a necessarily large amount of worry after the soviet union fell. Whoever is in charge has control of one of the largest banks of nuclear weapons in existence, and Russia is creeping closer and closer to another revolution. The only thing that unites them right now is mutual hatred of the west and collective phobia. What will 145 million angry and irrationally fearful people do when they are no longer satisfied with the quality of their leadership?

For that group (and ONLY that group), an argument may be made that none are disabled, but even that is fraught with the question of "Were they born blind or did some lose their sight due to disease or accident?" If the latter is true, those who know what vision is are clearly at a disadvantage compared to their former self. Not really. Usually mental illnesses can be attributed to chemical imbalances or emotional/physical trauma. Hangups are a whole different thing. I think feet are gross, some people are attracted to them, that's a very different thing than schizophrenia or OCD, etc.
