Today, no mater what your ethics are, you can find an ethical mutual fund, or several dozen, that will match yours. I know for a fact that there are Christian ethical mutuals out there that do not invest in gambling, alcohol, or any company that has anything to do with any form of abortion.

well I guess that answers that! Hobby Lobby is just using the platform of religious freedom to circumnavigate government regulations. Since obviously its not a moral or ethical issue when they're investing in multiple pharmaceuticals that produce emergency contraceptive pills.

There is a word for this, I believe it may be.. COLLUSION.

edit: tldr: they're against providing discounted prices (esp. due to government regulations) for a product they want their employees and the general public to pay full price for since it enhances their bottom line.

There's a more colloquial word: DUH.
