Only form of RP I see on FFXI/FFXIV nowadays is ERP. It seems like people only do this anymore.

I don't think it's as popular as it used to be given the lower server populations. I'm sure you could still find some niche groups though if you really looked.

Never done it on XI, but I've been admin of a rp forum for 7 years and still going(if this was a generic question).

It's rampant on Balmung (ffxiv). I can't walk from one end of town to the other without seeing at least 2-3 creepversations going on. There's a lot of thee's thou's going on too.

I also notice these *** either macro whole paragraph responses to each other, or choreograph the conversation, or type ungodly fast.

It's not really E-RP usually either (although my first trip to Bronze Lake scarred me for life).
