Yeah. All depends on how much someone wants it, for sure. But it's two transfers either way, since you you have to be able to give the gil to the first one, send him there, and bring him back.

Didn't you used to get one free one? Or be able to like, google world pass codes?

Why aren't you on my server ><
Create a mule and give it 80 million. Transfer it to Phoenix. In 3 months transfer the mule back and d box ring to Waffless.
Can also create two mules, 1 on Quetz, one on Phoenix. Give the one on Quetz 80mil and transfer. Give the gil to the mule created on Phoenix and buy the ring. Transfer that one to Quetz immediately. Faster, and cheaper if you delete both mules within the month (vs paying for three months.) But what I can't sort out is how to cross the river using all seven bridges only once each and return to where I started.
Isn't that $50 for two transfers or am I missing something? ***i don't want 4% dt THAT bad.

I hear you sir - Personally I could never afford to do something like that but for some $50 is pocket change.

80mil is a steal.

My LS has to be in the 0/100 range between all members. We had better luck camping KB at 75.

I don't think we need a thread to explain to people how supply and demand works unless people are just that ignorant.
Obviously if I had to create a thread explaining it there are people that "ignorant".

When selling or buying an item, I have never seen it where the buyer only gives gil once it is in their bag. Always on the pool.Do not give gil till everyone but buyer and seller have passed, problem solved.
Except that this is 80mil, nearly a whole relic's worth of gil. I'm obviously willing to pay ahead of time for cheap stuff.

Its not like there isn't a long established pattern for paying for a Ra/Ex drop. If you think that the Mercenary should make special accomodations for you that they aren't willing to, they can move on to a more sensible client.

Which is fine by me, really. If he wants a buyer, I'm here. I've interacted with nearly all of you in one thread or another, it's not like I'm a shady stranger.

I've never seen Stormix shouting to sell a single thing before d.ring and I don't know where the so-called "good reputation for selling items" has come from as I have friends in all the major shells on the server and I can't find anyone who's bought from them.

These things are weighted risks and if the OP really wants to establish a solid reputation, I'm totally willing to tuck my tail and shower him with praise in this thread once the ring is in my bag on my terms. If not, so be it.

People still have the right to question prices if they suspect something especially on a new ffxiah account or never heard of you.

Just find it odd why start a thread about it. If you're trying to sell one on here, totally different topic.

First off, I posted in my server so people that doubt prices can see in black and white why the ring is the price that it is.

Second I Have sold many items on this account as well as my main, I never hid who I was suji knows who I am and if he asked people about my original account (pierceddarkness) he would get rave reviews.

Just because you haven't bought anything from me does not mean I have never sold anything. But this thread is about the price of a D. ring. It's not a omg he won't let me have the drop before I pay him because he is a new account that I have never bought anything from and he never posts on ffxiah. On top of that person wanting drop before he pays he is offering 12mil below my price, go figure!

For what it's worth, I can vouch for Stormix as a stand up guy. He's been around for years on Titan-Phoenix between this and his original account Pierceddarkness. Good person and efficient player.

I completely understand if someone is wary of paying 80M to someone they don't really know, that's a big chunk of change. But if it helps any, here's one voice saying he's legit.

/rolleyes. Yeah, the fact that among the 10 jobs I play across two characters, one of them that I enjoy happens to not be very popular in group events really says something about whether I can comment on another player's honesty based on my own personal experiences with them.

Thanks for the snarky comment. Was super helpful.

I Shout to sell Defending Ring! I charge 80 million gil for it!

I am so tired of people telling me how WAY OVERPRICED that is. Aside from the fact that if you don't like my price farm your own ring.

I wanted to take this opportunity to explain cost to all the "people" that complain about price.

Defending ring is a 4.5-5% drop rate, according to math that means you can possibly pop up to 20 KB's and not get ring.

Savory Shank sells for 8-9 million, (I know I sell them too).

Doing the math 20x8mil = 160mil lowend
20x9mil = 180mil highend

I am gambling that I will get a ring to drop sooner, HOWEVER I am taking all the cost risk in getting ring. You the customer risk nothing, no ring no pay. So please feel free to farm your own, assume a little risk for yourself, or stfu and buy the ring!

^This. Especially because Defending Ring with a 5% d0rp rate is just a blanket calculation. That s*** may not drop for 100+ KB kills. People say Ridill is a 10% drop rate. Well guess what? It's far less than 10% and Defending Ring has a far less drop rate than Ridill.

when? Can you cite that? The database program actually takes drops and gives a percent based on HNM popped vs drop rate...
