Absolutely anyone who invested as many countless hours into doing the same exact thing, and using other people to do so, over and over and over, to gear up enough to where you can faceroll the game, and then running in circles while your friends did a bulk of the work, could do it. Anyway... had a DH related question come up while playing with a friend and I don't know anything about the job so figure I'll ask here.

Cold damage chill effect, does it affect ranged attacks, and are there certain ones that do or do not work for DH with it anyone know?

As far as I've seen there's absolutely no reason that it shouldn't work for ranged attacks. It works for magic and melee, and I know for a fact that all other special gear->attack effects work for ranged attacks.

I only have a lvl 16 DH but I had an Xbow that had cold dmg and it would chill the enemies.

In case no ones corrected this, You don't. Its an error that shows up if you

1) Have not linked an Authenticator

or

2) Have not gotten SMS Protection if you use Paypal.

If you have the above, You will not get the error, as a Digital Copy Owner, i can attest to that.

With that said, If you use Paypal, They report these earnings to the IRS or whoever the f**k does Taxes if you make over 600$ in the year(In America, Anyway). Other countries, Dunno, Good luck on that.

while i find Dedication impressive, because a goal is a goal, Thats the only thing I'll find impressive about his Diablo Kill... Considering from what i gather most of his gear he got from "Friends" Was farmed entirely through Goblin exploits, and the fight consisted of him running away while his friends did most of the work.

As for why I'll only praise his dedication... I'll give you a comparison. while someone who wants to be the fattest man in the world can eats enough to weigh 2,000 Pounds, it dedication and impressive to reach that weight at all without dying, I'm not exactly patting him on the back as it being a worthy goal.

He's obviously done it for the attention, This is why he Streams... But 2 weeks down the line no one will know or care except all 100 Kripp fans. Hell, No one but Kripp fans know or care now except those who heard the endless complaining on Official forums lol.

So, I'll respect his dedication for becoming the unverified "World First' Diablo Inferno HC Kill, I can't say i agree with his methods, and if it was me, I'd feel like I didn't really accomplish anything consider the methods i had to use to do it. Winning a Foot race by Riding a Bicycle isn't much of an achievement.

But yah, He's more dedicated at his goal than anyone i know. So i can praise that.

You should realize that popular LoL streamers are on teams. Teams that do competitions. Which it's surprising how much the 1st prize is at those competitions.

true, and they get sponsored by various companies like razer,steel series etc blah blah. Half the streams of LoL player's i've seen are totally stupid.

for example. I've seen oddone lose 150 elo in a single day cuz of awful jungling ( like i mean baaaddd) but meh idc hate half the streamers anyways

seemed to really have nerfed act 2 + inferno. mobs went from hitting 7-12k to 4k a hit. elites are a joke now

magic find nerf, breakable object item drop nerf. Pretty useless now to carry a magic find set unless you can get your 5/5 stacks of nv, nearly kill the elite/rare mob/boss pack swap to it and get the killing blow w/o dying ofc.

and weapon rack nerf too >:[

man now theres no point in breaking jugs/pots/barrels when i go to clear out dungeons :|
the frost arrow prolly best to help snare and with one of the passives its +15% dmg to slowed enemies
