Row is right, you can not buy the initial plans, they only drop from Izual, though you can get them on any difficulty.
The reason you were able to buy them using the glitch is because Izual is a part of the storyline, so if you skip killing him the game acts as though you did and you can then buy the plans for that difficulty. I was also able to do this after I accidentally quickjoined a friend when I was trying to view his profile.
Understand what you are saying but I only did that for inferno(as far as act jumping). I never got the plans from a drop. Not on any mode is what I am saying. I bought all 4 from the merchant. If it was a glitch or w/e I dunno as the guy I was duo'ing with for awhile got his the same exact way before he rage quit after losing a hardcore character.
Changes that aren't uncoverable through the data files like the Inferno re-tooling, repair costs and drop rate updates are NOT listed below, but WILL be in the patch! For a full explanation of non-technical changes that will be in the patch, please refer to the 1.0.3 design preview posted last week.

Achievements
A new feat of strength has been added for adding the World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria Collector's Edition to your Battle.net account. The achievement awards a sigil and accent for your banner.
the attackspeed nerf hurts nearly every class in the game. But at the same time, it forces people to build like they did back in d2, in terms of getting more resists and that stuff so that they can survive and still deal damage.
In terms of demon hunters its a big nerf to just the netherball spam and quite possibly may make wielding a shield more viable for survivability (imo) >_>

My precious DH, it's already squishy enough and has to kite virtually everything. More salt added to the wound :(
I dunno if I 100% buy the update notes, any of them I mean. I have seen like 10 different varieties of "leaked" patch notes today, some of which are obvious jokes and some that seem to be trying to appear legit, and none of them including the same information. Because of that I can only assume that most of these sites are either posting this crap for lulz or for site traffic, either way I am not gunna put much faith in it and just wait until 1.03 comes out and we see some official notes.

I agree, as much as I want to put my faith into the 'leaked' notes, I can't say I don't doubt none of them are true. Hopefully they aren't doing anything with attack speed% JUST yet. They already said they will be nerfing it, hopefully not by the values that I've been seeing however =\.
Really hoping a patch throws a bone at WD pets cause I'm feeling like an '06 Beastmaster when I login. Your pets are ***and you're full of gimmicky abilities that clearly need some tweaking.
kinda the reason i didn't bothered playing diablo3,also when a lot of people saids it's just a D2 rehash
Wow they all look like they are lieing, I really wonder how much blizzard paid every publisher to *** about the game. In Meta score 40% user rating compare to 90% critics rating does not seem right to me, and it is usually the other way around for every other games.

you really don't get the meta thing? I'm sure 95% of the "users" are just a bunch of people spamming 0's cause it has the always on DRM and have never actually played the game. Check out "user reviews" on Amazon on almost all "DRM Heavy" games.
Also there is that 'Hate whatever is popular thing. But yeah, it's sold millions of copies and millions of people are playing it online cause it's terrible, clearly
Meta is *** for getting user reviews anyway. 95% of the people that post on there give zeros and post trollish reasons for doing so, I remember when ME3 had a meta score of like 2.5 and people were posting reasons like "red and white stripes are out-dated" and "No Kasumi-*** = *** game". Not to mention the 4chan *** that floods into any mainstream game review process 90% of the time.
I pretty much play when I have empty RMAH slots right now. Made like $45 so far but there's not much point right now to farming when I already have my 10 slots full with some items backlogged and ready to go.
Are you two that delusional?, it sold 6 million copies and you don't think there will be more fanboy than haters to back up the rating if the game were good?. Amazon have a low user rating too if you trying to prove anything. Btw I did not said every user score is legit but all I'm saying when comparing the two rating number there is something very fishy about the critics rating, then comparing most decent or good game out there the user rating will almost always higher than critic rating because critic will always be harsh when judging a game. I'm kind of wondering did half of those critics even reach the brick wall of Inferno to start jumping the gun on the rating score.

Yes lets judge a game based on one minor hurdle that is going to get patched soon hurrrrrrrrrr, are you just that ignorant to realize some people play the game to have fun? Not everything has to be a challenge.
I do somewhat agree though on you thinking it is fishy, because lets be honest... of course the company will pay people to pad the game scores, they've been doing that for YEARS now, it's a marketing ploy just to get people to buy the games... Good thing I do not read them lol...
Edit:
anyway... been playing on my barb... and I kinda like it more now then my monk lol... but I don't know if I want to do the long grind again that I've done already... I don't mind doing it tbh... just annoying.
Honestly going on Youtube and getting various reviewers from individuals is superior to reading websites and magazines that have their various biases.
You can take publications into consideration but seriously in the internet age if you aren't tapping multiple sources if you're gonna buy something you're doing it wrong.
Needless to say Inferno has its issues but did everyone really want to steamroll a game like this where farming and building different sets is part of the allure? Jobs need balancing, Inferno will be toned down and PVP will eventually get the ball rolling with competitive-oriented players and this game is going to last a long time.
Gamers tend to complain that games aren't worth 60 bucks when you have titles barely getting past the 15hour mark in terms of gameplay and here in Diablo you not only get hundreds of hours of potential play but you also get to opportunity to get a refund for the game through the RMTAH.
