must be on sam, have completed at least one hands quest for any of the CoP or earlier jobs, and must have completed the sune-ate quest from the dude in norg. you don't even have to have the boghertz quest active if you meet those 3 criteria.
I have all of these lol. Going to double check the feet NPC In Norg later.
Maybe you didnt finished all the quests and erased the memeories?
If the memories werent erased, its considered you already completed that legs quest.

The furrow is stupidly difficult to level up comparatively. it takes at least 3x longer, if you only do it once a day with normal seeds, or 6x longer if you do crazy ***like cuttings.
Unless you sit there for one entire day spamming revival roots.

Check List:
So you have the first 2 AF quests done and the hands right?
You opened the coffer as SAM?
You checked your moogle slip to see if the porter moogle has it?
Did you check the fat guy near the Guide Stone in Lower Jeuno?
This one has happened to me so, did you check your storage?
If none of those help you then yea you must have gotten them in the past and tossed them thinking they were worthless for the future in which case all you can do is redo the AF quests.
EDIT: It is a 100% chance drop for the coffer unless you have it, have done it, or are not the correct job.

I didn't look too hard so my bad if this has already been covered, but is Brainjack in salv1 anything to worry about with ilvl gear? As in, can I resist it, or am I better off just trying to stun it/running away?
Did this tonight and didn't get charmed once. Used my normal TP set, nothing really special. Had shell5 at first and ended up tossing up sancro after the first 5 or so misses just for security. Doubt it matters but was a little convenient
I guess it's possible somewhere along the line they got dropped, Just gonna wipe memories and start over :/
Actually its impossible to get the legs if you didnt erase the memories beforehand (as you said you were refarming) and on the other side, its impossible to erase memories if you didnt get the legs beforehand (and completed all the af quest.
Does requiems and threnodies stack or they overwrite in a mob (like elegy)?
As an example, im casting requiem i-vii in aberrant uragnite, does it count as 7 diferent enfeebs, or the high tier requiem overwrite the lower tier, and its just considered 1 debuff?
Similar example if i rotate all elemental threnodies, if i will get 7 or just a single debuff.
does sound like chocbo raising.... be cool to have new mounts in the game o_O think that is possible? haha. prolly not. rididng a Sheep thru gustaberg? im sure thats illegal at least in sandy!
