i had this same problem..but i had too end up geting a prepaid card for it too work due too the bank account not accepting C&B even tho it workd for the first month

btw if they are takeing .25cents from every player than do the math...25cent X 100,000 people (just a #) $25000 dollars

Seems that issues involving users who use/used click and buy as a method of payment still exist.

This happened to me too at the end of November 30th and so I switched to paypal/ultimate pay and 20 days later I've been "temp suspended."

I expect I'll get this resolved but to have to jump through hoops due to some retardation that shouldn't have existed in the first place is quite annoying.

My wife ordered me something from the square enix store which now also deals in click-to-buy..... she made the purhcase but found out 2 days later that our credit cards and bank cards were all locked down because they thought it was fraud.... she had to go to the bank and unlock all our accounts and then place the order again...

good thing she caught it... already barely making it before Christmas lol...

What a pain in the ***.

I have still yet to have a single problem using Click and Buy. All three accounts are perfectly fine, no extra charges, nothing. Just my experience with them.

I have yet to unblock my account with Click&buy (instant block on creation)...and Crysta option is not available in my SE account so I can't use paypal..

and you guys are crying about .25$ overcharge? >_>



anyway, F U SE, I hope karma will hit you again like it did in FF14.

I also have had zero issues with click and buy. I have been using it since we had to switch. Regardless I hope SE gets their own method figured out... enough of this.

Same issue here. Did it just fixed by itself? SE sends me to C&B and C&B back to SE wtf!!!

My wifes character got temp supsended also. Spent hours on the phone, even had a rep hang up on us, we called back got him again, and he hung up on us again. Finally got someone worth a ***and they told us we she was being investigated for suspicious activity and for OUR protection they cant give us any information. This was over a week ago and nothing has been resolved. Seems like a lot of people are experiencing this. :/

When I first switched to Click and Buy when they implemented the system, in the first two months of it's release they charged me six times. I was not activating/deactivating services or anything, I wasn't having issues making payments. I just gave them my credit card info and went back to the game yet they charged me once every 10 days for 2 months until I quit... Until I came back using crysta... Which is a HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE system but at least it hasn't costed me 3x as much.

Anything on the sudden account terminations from SE? - I haven't been able to recover my char after 2 weeks due an allegdly charge back from click & buy. Al they say is to wait but do not know for how long. I'm sick of all this.

Yeah, I checked one day and it was unlocked. All SE would tell me is to wait until they unlock your account, and they would send an EMail. It sucks.

And they never sent that EMail.
