SE has nothing to do with your bank doing a charge back. So don't know how SE could assure you nothing would happen if your bank decided to not give them there money.

Would you mind divulging your CC company? I use a visa through BoA and never had a problem (three accounts, I'll add a random extra account occasionally without warning and never had a problem).

The problem is, if a company gets a lot of chargebacks, it looks really bad on them. And while you may have talked to your bank, it is still a problem that is on the customers end. After a while, they just don't want you to keep racking up the chargebacks and have that come back to bite them in the ***.

Terrible. I don't normally involve myself too much with putting effort onto getting points across, but XI is way more important than the type of things I'd get angry about. I would not want to be kicked off of something that predates 90% of my current lifestyle. It's entirely a shame that the best you can do is simply stop doing business with that credit card company. They took away what was likely your puberty by taking away XI. I think killing their teenage children is in order.

I'm not sold on this problem being on our end. This is PoL horseshit imo. I have the same issue every month for like 5-6 months now. 2 billing cycles b4 the earthquake. Every 1st of the month I get booted from the game (sometimes in the middle of doing something ><).

I spoke at length with my bank (using a debit card) and also PoL over&over&over... Same card/account I used since 04' Basically PoL isn't billing the bank (at least in my case). PoL people I spoke with said they could not explain why it's happening.

To be sure on my end tho I changed the info to another card/bank I'd had for years, and low, and behold same ***next 1st of the month. There are several extensive threads on the SE forums of people having similar issues, and they just respond "sorry we have nothing to do with billing."

Best advice I can give you is when you call PoL, and you finally get a live person ask for a supervisor. The phone operators have no idea why it's happening..supervisor's don't either honestly. At least you can get their name, and employee # extension w/e to show you've done everything on your end as a responsible customer.

1st was Mastercard, and the 2nd one I tried was Visa.

I run 4 accounts so no worries.
But yes, shoulda changed cards asap.

My CC company started doing the same thing about 4 years ago. After 1 4 hr phone call with SE, I changed my CC info to a debit card and has worked fine ever since, with the exception of a couple months that it charged when no money was on the card after I thought there was. I just had to add money and re enter my info.

Call them. Call them with driver's liscences and SS#'s. Call them over and over. As long as you can prove that you aren't RMT they should help you at some point (it just might be a pain in the *** to get there).

Shay is a good kid. He's one of those "scary-nice" leave it to beaver types who I have never had a problem with. He may have hung out with some Grade A "Summer's Eve" products, but I assure you he's not the type to step out of line. Also, his gear is too bad for gil-buying ;3

seems like BS to me, more like you used flee hack or something like all noobs does, then they come here QQing, i highly doubt the bank will call SE and give your bank account info /bank statement without your authorization, more like it's illegal for them to do that (the bank) in order for SE to ban your account, and if that was the problem SE could just cancel your credit card number/name as a payment method like they did to me 3 years ago

Yeah, the more I thought about it, the more it doesn't make sense that SE would just LM-17 this account over a payment issue. I can see SE banning the card, not the account over this.

I like how the next two posts after my "i assure you this is just a billing error" are mouth-breathers saying "i bet he did something out of line".

There were dozens of people who got LM-17 for billing errors earlier this year and last year. It's not something no one ever heard of before.

The poor kid has never even been in anything that could be considered an end-game linkshell (let alone more than a social) so what good is a speed-hack going to do him?

i recorded all my live chats where each one of them say CC. Someone already said exactly what happened. I Asked for a charge back once several months ago, but since that one time Capital one thinks every month when I get charged that i do not approve of it and ask SE for the money back. Regardless of how many times I told them that I accept this charge Capital one still thinks no. SE is tired of all the charge backs and just finds it simpler to Perma ban me than deal with it. Dont give me more credit than I deserve, I cant even make scripts for macros and I just found out about Adblocker (lawl) I dont even know what flee hacking is haha
