definately too lazy to do 3hrs a day even when i sleep well and feel good

though whatever i do seems to slightly work since i've lost like 50 lbs since the summer >.>

If i dont get a great work out i get a terrible nights sleep and im cranky the next day. I could survive on 1 hour a day maybe.

working out much beyond an hour is counterproductive unless you are juicing

your body will be producing enough cortisol at that point that you are going to enter a catabolic state

If time permitts, I work-out every other day. I can tell you when I work-out, I sleep much much better.
edit: i work-out from 50mins(meh days) to 90mins

He might be mixing up his regimen of exercises for muscle groups. Or swapping cardio and strength training between. Extended cardio can have results past 2 hours for sure once he gets past burning blood sugars and converts to burning stored fat no?

cardio will also produce cortisol and contribute to muscle breakdown (have you ever noticed the physique of your average marathon runner)

but i did think you were talking about weights specifically

Thank you for showing concern. Been doing this now since i was in middle school. Um like 10 years now.. *** im old. Anyway ya i see what you are saying and i agree with prof runners and cyclers.

well, you're going to switch to muscle after blood sugar and before stored fat, you're not going to do extended cardio without at least some muscle loss

but yeah it's generally a necessary evil if you're looking to get bodyfat very low

that said, if muscle isn't his goal, yeah what i said was irrelevant, my bad

The diet i pick up from boot camp had me eating about 7000 calories a day. I got pretty big after bootcamp and i still have my dietary happys from it. So thats why i do so much cardio.

To relate to the topic, I tend to stay in the gym a tad longer when I have women troubles on my mind. I've yet been in a situation where the girl came in the gym while I was there so far xD

my diet in basic was way, way less than 7k calories, and not by choice

i actually ended up losing a lot of weight in basic, against my will
