There are vegetables in most meals too,and a multivitimin every morning (better than nothing) and I have a steak every few days for the red meat requirements. And I snack on bananas and apples.But its just anger and rage at something non food related atm that is making me do this

You mentioned fitness and nutrition thread, are you trying to lose weight or doing heavy work outs?
I'm on a workout program that has phase 1 (which im on atm) to put on as much muscle as possible to increase metabolism so its easier to burn more fat fast,so TECHNICALLY i'm buffing up,but with the intention of losing weight
What diet is this??!?
If you are adding muscle, you need to increase protein intake, which means increase body mass.
To get a lean muscle look, it's cardio work out while doing medium to lite weights to build that natural lean look.
If it's muscle, then you should be doing protein shakes and other intake like egg whites, intake water and sleep.
EDIT : I think this is a low to no carb diet. I had to do something like that from a doctor and I did lose alot of weight fast but it wasn't straight protein.
It followed the 5 to 6 meals but limited all means to 15g of carbs or less. After doing that, I saw how horrible all the food is in grocery stores.
