The few WHMs in my linkshell that were reknowned for their WHM talents generally don't use WHM anymore, simply because there's half a dozen mules stood around healing everyone. What other jobs have you enjoyed at some point? Nowadays things are so loose and less rigid (in terms of gameplay, anyways) that you could play any job and get a lot done. Except RDM. Poor RDM. Forever alone.

I plan on coming back for SoA, so I need to get something worth playing other than whm all the time.

I really wish everyone was on the same server, imagine how fun a FFXIAH LS would be! Everyone has something they can bring to the table that nobody else can!

"I only have WHM" x10... Not even kidding. Well there's 20 jobs, there's a high chance you'll find another you'll like! Just make sure it's not RDM and you should be able to do things with people.

I can barely squeeze anything. (inb4 stationmaster joke, it's my left hand that's hurting more, I do that with my right when I do that, my right barely hurts in comparison, and I don't do the "switch up.") I think it's my poor keyboarding habits, and a long family history of joint problems.

I really don't understand the game all that much when it comes down to it, and it kinda prevents me from exploring something that I'm not familiar with. I think I want to do BRD and COR, maybe SCH and SMN. I'm just really not confident in anything I do when I step out of my comfort zone I guess. As for what a group needs, all of those jobs that you have sitting at 99/95 and WAR/DRK or whatever can cover any need that a group may have, be it damage, survivability, zergability, etc.
