I find the best way of losing any potential cold or flu viruses is to go swimming and give it to everyone else in the pool. =D

I'll tell ya... whewwwwww! I was also having a few other problems that the flu/fever sort of kicked up too like, chest pains, left arm numbness, lower back muscles seizing, high blood pressure.
