Awesome Schizm. Old toys can be worth a lot of money if you get strapped for cash hehe. Jazz was my favorite auto-bot. I was pissed as ***when he wasn't a police car in the reboot movies. Then they made him some hip-hop doofus, THEN they killed him in the first movie lol. Needless to say I didn't watch 2 or 3, because the first one was just awful compared to my childhood love of Transformers.

I wasn't expecting them to be stellar and dead on, and there were lots of cool action scenes, but seriously the 2nd one took it too far with the combining ***that is so reminiscent of the new crappy Transformer toons. If you're gonna combine something, make it like the Constructacons, not Jetfire and Prime. Jesus christ!
I will say that I was pleased with how violently Ravage killed some peeps. That whole scene was bad ***.

At the VERY LEAST I expected Megatron to be a *** badass gun like he was... lolnope he's a plane. And the police car.. POLICE CAR, was a deceptacon? gtfo lol. Also Devastator being only 1 machine, pissed me off to no end >_< lol sorry i was away for a bit. if you don't want to really draw this out, i'll stop >_< lol
Oh, I can talk about this stuff all night, doesn't bother me any! I just will disagree with 90% of the negative things people say about it is all, lol. :P

Most of it was altered, so I just went with it and accepted it as it was. Kind of like the RE movies, though the last was was complete ***gdit. They didn't follow 90% of what RE was, but I still enjoyed them for what they were. /shrug!
I didn't want to walk into Transformers being "that guy", but when you alter entire characters (that happen to be my favorite good and bad guys) from the show I loved as a kid, I'm gonna have issues with it :(.

Alsoooooo, just because we didn't see Devastator Transform doesn't mean he was one machine. I mean if you look at it, doesn't seem like it's all one part, lol. You can only fit so much into one movie. Plus, idk how well transforming into a gun would translate into a live action movie. You can only put so much in before it goes into full cheese mode. :<
I was ok with the alteration of characters, 1 was cool and stuff, but #2 pissed me off a lot.... joke characters getting too much airtime, Destructicon..ugh, so much wasted potential... out of place comedy, and some Autobots where just... there (the bikes) didnt add anything to the story...
3 was kinda ok. sad Soundwave was a car and not a musical device lol but meh. was also nice to see the police car (from #1) return to the scene after mysteriously disappearing.

Sucked it was changed, but it was still awesome as ***. Come on now, you're doing exactly what I was saying. I can understand some disappointment in it not being directly translated from what we watched as kids, but hating it over it? Too closed minded!
