So I learned that the verification tags on wiki for Blazing Bound and spells beyond have merit. I spent about 5 hours solid on fighting Limules for Blazing Bound at level 71. Capped skill and Jubbah. It is the only TP move that they use. 1~2 a fight as well. Hit 72 because I was learning so long. Got one skill up, BAM! learned it. I'd count it as my first ugh spell, but it actually showed me that there are indeed precise Blue Magic Skill levels for every spell, which you need to be within 27 skill levels of to learn.
lol That makes the case worse!
