The result of my ham and beans that have been cooking for 12 hours... I was hoping for a bit of sweet and savory with the brown sugar ham, but added a bit much pepper and it has a hint of a kick. Not bad though.

We stopped eating frozen/premade foods... so now I cook everything for the most part because my wife kinda sucks at cooking.

Well, it's hard to see how your face looks exactly, but judging from the beard and hair, you and I could pass off as twins, I'll bet.

The sad part?

I had just shaven like an hour before that photo... I just have really dark facial hair and pale skin.

Here's me (staring off into space again) and the wife at TRF last month. In this one I do have a light beard.

It is out at the Texas Renaissance Festival down in Houston. My wife's family makes a trip down there every year.
