On an unrelated note, I'm at my mom's for lunch. We did Christmas at her house this weekend so I reheated some brown sugar ham and cheesy potatoes in the oven... but the ham started to get juice everywhere and the potatoes sopped it up, and now my potatoes are slightly sweet and still cheesy.
It actually tastes really good.
