I think I spent the day on the couch watching movies then got up and took a hot shower which probably caused a sudden drop in blood pressure making me light headed.

but fff now I guess I have epilepsy and MS

Could be something as harmless as a drop/rise in blood pressure or the shower having been too hot, it's very possible to overheat yourself or over-humidify the air causing some possible breathing issues that you may not notice as a result, which would cause some issues.


If it happens to you often (as your post suggests), it could be something more serious like sclerosis, which you shouldn't play around with and I'd suggest getting checked out. Try lowering the heat next time and see if it helps.
