All the walls have cork reinforced insulation so the kids and us can't hear... things between the walls at night. And all the rooms have ethernet ports right beside the phone jacks so our internet is easy as hell to keep fast and making the outside walls 4 by 6's instead of 2 by 6's or something bigger than the average home, to help our heating bill be reduced quite a bit. (since it's so extremely cold here)
Feels a bit like when little girls dream of or plan of their wedding, only the guy version lol
I have 6 boards on Pinterest, one folder on my desktop, and a binder in my desk drawer dedicated to my 'dream home.' /blush! My wedding though, I wasn't really concerned with it. I would have been just as happy to elope. It was a beautiful ceremony and I wouldn't change a single thing about it, but leading up to it I was much more interested in ending the day as my husband's wife than I was about having a perfect wedding or whatnot. My mom and mom-in-law actually had to plan it because I just couldn't be bothered to, they came to me for 'guidelines' and then I set them loose on it.
I have names picked out for kids, but I'm not sure I actually want any kids. Girls will be: Anya (Aine if I spell it in the Gaelic way, pronunciation is the same), Sarah, Lily, Rachel (after my best friend from middle school who died over the summer), or Elsabeth (I like this for after my sister's middle name, Elizabeth. My husband doesn't like it because it sounds too much like my stepmother's name, and we don't want any repeats of that. So probably not Elsabeth, but I still love it.) Boys will be: Samuel, Cedar (I'm iffy on Cedar, but if I have too many boys and run out of names for them it can be a backup!), Jackson (Jackson seems to be getting popular though. If it's stupidly popular by the time I'm pregnant, it's a no!), Sailor (or Saylor, after my grandfather who was a sailor), or Rohan. Because I like LoTR, that's why!
Knowing me, I'll shy away from the idea of having kids until I'm far too old to safely have one, then run go crazy buying dogs from shelters and pounds and giving them the names I would have given my children. Unless I have an accidental pregnancy, in which case, well nothing like being SHOVED into what we fear, right? xD
