granted I have a bit more RAM, and a slightly upgraded CPU... what you put SHOULD be fine.

Yoshida feels like a trustworthy man and if he says lower end machines will run it no problem I think you won't have any problem at all.

Although I do wonder if in highly populated places(like the main hub or some kind of event with lots of players and animations)if those low-end specs would still perform as good.

But my knowledge on these matters is next to 0, so I don't know.

Consider yourself lucky; my videos all got flagged at the same time (also like 5 years after uploading), so ended up going through all my chances in one go. Lost the account right off the bat with no chance to take the videos down or appeal the decision.
Also can't make any Google-related accounts with that email anymore because it was flagged by Youtube because of said videos.
