I'd have to see the capture card hardware to see what it does, considering that's designed for consoles I'd imagine it would have a way.
@Catnip: Brand shouldn't matter anymore (short of quality) you need to worry about type, speed, latency, voltage.
you're probably on ddr3, you have your ram set to a speed which is unusual (I've never seen it anyway) 1263, which is telling me that you may have the wrong ram, or are using the wrong multiplier. 1333 sounds better.
your latency is 9, but it totals to 24 (honestly not sure on this one, would have to research) but I know the lower the latency the better.
from that pic it looks like just 1 stick is bad, wrong speed doesn't usually generate a bad bit error.
you'd have to look at your motherboard manual to see what ram it should have.
