Have you tried reseating your memory and/or into the other pair of slots? (IDK how many physical sticks you have)

I did make sure they were seated in there when I got them (I just pushed on all 4 sticks when I got the PC home lol) i'll let him reseat them and take them out since if I break it... it's out of my pocket... if he *** up... he pays for it.
