It's always nice to go to the doctors offcie and have them tell you that you've not only lost weight since the last time you were there but also that your blood pressure and heart rate have lowered for the better. Yay!
What's not good is when you also go to that doctor to get your results reviewed and find out that you have Chronic Ankle Instability/Chronic Ankle Instability but in other words my ligaments and tendons in my ankle are so weak from so many injuries to it that it never strengthen up properly during recovery and I keep spraining it. :< Could take months to a year to strengthen up to where it should be. I have had this problem forever since it recovered from the second break/sprain YEARS ago and am just now finding out. Glad that I know how to correct it now.
