It is a pain in the *** don't get me wrong, also when it is going to affect your final grades then it's made personal. Working with other people is definitely something to get used to though, when you step into working environments it's almost a guarantee that at some point you will have to work with others and there is a high percentage many of them will be completely useless halfwits and there is nothing you can do about it.
Oh trust me, you have no idea. The difference is in the real world you can shift them to the simpler, hard to *** up even for them tasks. In school you are required to give everyone an important role or they take marks off.
Also in the real world people get better or they get replaced, doesn't work that way in school.
