Everyone going to be on their toes, and doing their best. I always do something embarrassing somehow or another, I have no idea how I do it c.c
note to self: when I want employees to work harder... send corporate representatives to said office...
Eh... if you've been doing embarassing stuff before and they haven't gotten rid of you I'm sure you're still safe!
interesting story though... a company put a study in place where a manager pretty much sat and monitored one worker per day for everyone is said department for that section... production numbers skyrocketed lol... I mean the numbers even went up on the best performers... doubled in some cases lol... they then sat down with each person individually went over their numbers and asked them to meet em half way... so if you performed a 30 one day and a 60 every day you were being closely monitored then they asked you to bring your work up to a 45... and so on... but it is really interesting how work trails off when you think no one is looking or how much it improves when you know someone is...
