It's still not the best pizza available around here, though. And it's way more expensive than just about anything else.

Its costing them more for a BS reason. I shouldn't have to, as a consumer, pay for your fees for not offering your employees healthcare. That's asinine to me
While I agree that in this case, the guy just sounds like he's throwing a temper tantrum over it (he said it's costing them 15-20 cents per order... that's hardly a dent in their profit margin), Lu is still right. It's normal business practice to offset operating costs by passing them on to the consumer.
I hate politics and now I just want pizza. :|
