No but seriously, I won my appeal to the Veteran's Officials. Got my disability rating upped by 20% to 30, so now I take in tripled what I used to be getting (which wasn't ample, now it's more than enough for just me). And the VA is back paying me a large (well large for me) sum of money, so I can get out of debt completely, and LIVE LIFE for once.. I haven't been this happy in YEARS. Seriously.

Congrats, dude. That same thing just happened with my brother, and in fact he just got discharged today. He's on his way here with his family from Hawaii, and soon I'll have to live with him and his (soon to be) two young children. So... good for him, bad for me (college is gonna get tougher...) But still, this is excellent news, dude. You gonna go travel?

First things first, I'm gonna get out of debt. Second thing on the agenda is to quit my job at the end of April, and take 2 small vacations to visit friends I've met online over the years :). Then it looks like I'm going back to NY to work my butt off :).
