Bandeaus aren't that bad. You avoid the weird tan lines from the straps, but yeah...They're not really ocean compatible. Diving into the surf is a no no. Lesson learned.

Oh no! /comfort! I hope no one saw. I can see the logic for no tan lines, but I have no luck tanning anyways. I slather sunscreen on, I scorch anyways, then I look like some sort of horrifying python side-show nutjob escaped from a circus for the next two weeks while I peel, then I'm white as toilet paper all over again. ><
But mostly I'm just terrified that I'll be playing an innocent game of Marco Polo or swimming laps or something and I'll happen to glance down and the thing will be twirling around my waist and I'll have no idea how long it's been down there. D: Nightmare-inducing, that is!

Yeah I'm not quite that pale, although I'd call that more translucent than pale. You can see some of my veins, but no more than you can see on most people (even tanned ones).
