I guess its still acceptable, and both cheats where more because I was careless with my observation than something that was actually impossible for me to solve.

Ok, cheated thrice just to find the last item so that I could complete 100% of the games achievement.

Total play time 24 and few secs.

It started kinda slow, I thought it would be more shallow than the previous one, but turned out a quite interesting story, with a very well formed idea that was nicely transmitted through the game: about how minor changes sums up to the unpredictable outcome, and that those changes are most normally completely out of control, most likely random.

Mixed in this, there was a few scientific/philosophical concepts I didnt know, but also sums up very well with all the background I currently believe.

Kinda makes sense to think there is infinite paralel timelines that are created for every single decision branching more two or more paths.

The real question, unanswered is: why are things like that? Its always fun to try guessing why our consciousness even exist, and for what purpose. Even though probably we simply have no capacity to even grasp the reasons.

Now is to decide what to do next... I need to finish watching Baiten Katos Origin longplay till day 23 when my vacations starts, so I can play Xenoblade 3.

I just had a small detour to play Zeros Escape, but very nice. I think it was my first game of escape-the-room style. Probably I will try more of that genre.

It makes me believe im smart when I can deal with those puzzles, hopefully not resorting to internet.

Also, any thoughts on the new netflix show: Kaleidoscope? I have been hearing mixed reviews everywhere. Some say it's good, some say it's bad. Other people say it depends on the order you watch?

I mean, it's got Giancarlo, it's a watch by default.

I'd have to see it to say anything else, it's not 7 perspectives of the same event, it has a distinct order, but they don't want you watching it in order.

It's a heist, You get a whole randomized story of who what why when and where, and the last episode is the heist. like an 8 hour ocean's movie, everything about it sounds fantastic. (if you like that)

It's pretty decent for sure. The color as a name is everywhere in the episodes, that's a nice touch.

I don't fully see the reason behind the mixing of the order, but it's fun to see an event, and then watch the episode previous in time to see why.

I'm only two episodes in but saying it's like an 8 hour oceans movie, is pretty apt. From what I've seen.

Large crew, the back stories, revenge on the rich guy, out of order story, compelling enough to see it through.

Having binged the whole thing now, I don't see much/any reason for the random order, except for watching white last, maybe. Cause it's the reveal, but not the end. It's a solid watch.

I remember farming that torque in that area with many skellies and crabs.

Myriad kupower ain't up on Odin atm, and probably won't be next time tablets go live.

The RNG on getting GoV bonus been kicking me in the balls too. I got it maybe twice today. The sad thing was, even when it was active, I sometimes had better luck without it at all.

I remember how much time i invested in farming those skill up items back in my early years.

Back then leveling and skilling was considered hard, as you definitively would need to fight harder foes for the lv difference speed boost.

But definitely the worst was the terminus earring. I spent some weeks in that, and in the end i just gave up.

Got it a couple of years later, but then with diminished benefits already.

I tried very briefly to farm a few of those items, but gave up due to bad luck. When I level up in those areas and a brown chest spawns I'll still occasionally try to open it just for fun. It's a pretty cute mini-game.

You know the item you want is in the box that you failed opening! I'd be lying if I said I didn't think that back when I was farming Culinarian's Torque etc.
I remember my buddy living in Ifrit's Cauldron for the one from there (Smithing? I think) and gave up after about a week. I got it randomly from the first mob I killed when clearing the area for VW

It is (was) honestly a pretty good system. The items are (were) pretty useful for their level, but never best-in-slot and more of a passive reward than something you'd go out of your way to get. But even if you wanted the item, you could do so without interfering with someone else's attempts.

Finally finished vic's book. (I only "get to" read a couple chapters a week.)

Gotta tell me who the blonde is lol. Apparently my pop culture is lacking. Every other character it only takes one bit of description but God damn I haven't the slightest.

Considering i just finished Zero Escape, that reminded me about the Schorodinger cat.

I can't wait for new chat filters!! Myabe it's not much/enough (not to start a debate), but thats a step.

Depending how they do it, the chat filter changes could break a lot of things. XIah chat box for one, some addons. Most likely though it will just break UI mods.
