You don't literally chew dip like you would chewing tobacco it more or less just rest in between your cheek and gum line. But typically people still spit while doing it. when i was at WCU there were working on the second of the 2 newest dorm buildings and through the whole year i watched it go from being the old cafeteria to a dirt lot to almost completely finished. now i'm at the local community college and they're working on i guess tearing down the old health sciences building (and they blocked of an entire good parking lot and some of the best spaces in another good one D=<) Cerberus.Irohuro said: » so is it like a general rule for college campuses to always be under construction? =/ Yes.
