Hey Lillica, I have a staff that has a chance of inflicting tarring and blind on an enemy. Does that apply to the spells cast by said staff or do I have to physically wack them with it?
If it's the former, then it seems like that will sync up great with fire affinity/fire spells. Especially since just about everything I'm fighting is weak to fire to some degree at the moment. It's not my cat.

Those weapons are pewp tho, its almost never worth using them because how much damage you lose out on. so downloaded the beta for Battleborn on ps4

But if it worked like I was hoping the increased fire damage would have made up for the difference. Also, Blast Arrows are the *** ***! I will gladly pay someone Tuesday for a hamburger today
