A real life hack would to be eat responsibly and control yourself. You could cut all of that out of your diet, but if you still don't eat responsibly then you'll see no results.
I talk a lot about baking and cooking, but if I bake anything I cook small batches. This isn't just for me, but for D as well, especially him! I want both of us to enjoy food, because to me food is a great experience in life, you just have to show some control with it.
