So Nintendo started owning up to releasing games on mobile phones....
So my question is, are people going to buy into the Nintendo plan?
So many people emulate and hack Nintendo games to play on other devices, I personally think that Nintendo, while holding out, does have quality games in their line up but it falls on how much they will charge and how many games they are offering...
I think they said 5 to 7 games in the next year but I didn't catch if those are new IP or games made for phones or just converted games..
I play emulated Nintendo games on my Android (DS, GBA, GBC, NES & SNES) Some hacks/mods but mostly the original games... I would definitely support official mobile re-releases depending on the cost. It's sometimes a pain in the *** managing emulators and getting all the settings and saving to set up properly.
I would be more inclined to spend my money on said mobile games if they were exclusives rather than ports but I'm not sure I could see them doing this... Then again I don't know what the market is.
