I lived behind a law enforcement training center for about eight months. Occasionally they'd have drills and alerts and things where this robotic woman voice would be on this loud speaker.
From inside you couldn't make out much of what she was saying so it was really scary. Especially the first time I heard it. I just kept imagining "the specimen has escaped". I guess in that obscure, fearing the unknown sense, something like this is creepy as hell to me.
Kind of like when you were little, watching cartoons and all of a sudden the emergency broadcast would interrupt your show out of the blue with that scary as *** monotone voice with random beeps, clicks and wails. Your mind is pretty much in the "oh god, what the *** is happening?" kinda position. finally on last trial for my pet:eva+20 axe 200 plantoids should be easy

"Grinning Man" creeps me out. There isn't a wiki page for him but google him or something. Scares me where I can't even sleep.
