Magnuss spoiler
I had no money back then and bought cheap glasses online with the right prescription but wrong spherical curvature, ignoring my astigmatism.
Back then I googled the side effects of forced eye astigmatism correction and no one does research for it, they just get glasses to compensate
So over the years since then it's been a large neural load forcing my brain to compensate for distorted images 24/7, causing headaches when I take the glasses off and see the world naked etc but mind finally overcame it, and the headaches slowed. He was wide eyed during me explaining this and I asked, "so can I get glasses now to ease my forced strain on my mind, like what's the best course of action to change this problem" and he had no idea if it was possible, I've compensated this long he said there shouldn't be any damage to the eye, but no idea if or what would do that lol.
I never cared about my eyes because I had bigger problems or was a dumb youth etc
Couldn't afford it? But... but you live in Canada... I thought that kinda thing was pro bono.
Honestly, I probably needed glasses myself years ago, but I was in the same boat. I couldn't afford it, and I figured I could see just fine. Nothing was fuzzy to me or anything, but I did get a lot of headaches for seemingly no reason. Well hell, hopefully you can get better care and stuffage now.
