If I'm understanding your question correctly they are permanent.

Prishe will be available by examining the Walnut Door (K-7) in Tavnazian Safehold after completing "The Chains Fall Free" (btw, I don't think there's an actual mission named this - so I'm assuming it's 8-4).

Ulmia will be available by examining the Dilapidated Gate in Misareaux Coast (I-11) after completing Dawn.

Iron Eater will be available by speaking to him in Metalworks (J-8) after having access to Naji, Ayame and Voker.

Gadalar will be available by speaking to Fari-Wari in Aht Urhgan Whitegate (K-12) after completing Embers of His Past.

Yeah I was looking at that a few minutes ago, and as far as I can tell it doesn't say one way or another if they're temporary (Like Tenzen, etc) or permanent, but I guess after applying some simple logic, all the temporary ones were obtained by just trading Cruor, etc. Not being at certain points in the various stories.

My parents would cook all of our steak well-done and steak sauce was the only way to basically rehydrate the meat and make it taste like anything :(

LOL! My dad did the same! My mother was the one who introduced us to the bloodiness when she took us to steak restaurants. It corrupted us!
