Hey, on my phone in my new and surprisingly spacious barracks room. I start work Monday, but have not been told where to go. Have to set up Internet, gonna be getting a cable pack with 50mbps, so that seems legit. Soonest I will have normal net is Tuesday; the latest is the 12th... Gonna miss you all on XIV especially Shiggy! For now I will be playing Ogre Battle 64, and naming my army units after people I really like from this forum. Peace out for now!

So troubleshot the GF's computer for a few hours.

First it seemed like the PSU was bad, so I put mine in her box. Nothing happened.

Okay mobo is busted? Took everything out sans one stick of ram and booted off onboard video. BIOS came up fine.

Must be the power to the HDD or DVD drive? Hook those up, everything works.

Okay so last thing to hook up, the video card, this HAS to be the source of our troubles. Pop her in, power it up. Everything. Works. Fine.

So what was the problem with the computer to begin with? It was just being an ***.

Kansas always screws up in the end, as much as I hate to admit it. We've never been very good at executing the finish, and this game is proving it by the minute.

It's really no surprise, Kansas is very well known for their faults and are easily exploited for it when it matters most. That's why I've given up on watching them. They make the same mistakes every single year no matter who the coach is, it always happens to them.
