Ooh Daus, those flare-leg jeans are the best! If you have a Vanity store close by, they always carry at least one style that is bootcut or flare. (Overpriced of course, but oh so comfy!) I wear their Tyler fit (boy fit/boyfriend jean, relaxed hip/thigh but not too loose or baggy in the bum, with a slight flare below the knee.) But they don't carry that fit anymore so when I wear all mine out, I'll have to pick a new favorite.
Anyways. xD Jeans.
Can't wait til Saturday! I'm getting my onlay! Not that I WANT to go to the dentist, but this temporary filling is driving me mad. And soon it will be gone! MWAHAHAHA!
And one of the work dogs got in big trouble. :-( We have four dogs at work. Puppet is a sweet black pit bull, a regular little chubster who just wants everyone to scratch her rump and give her treats. Latigo is an Australian Shepherd puppy, only a few months old, very sweet and snuggly, who looks like a milk chocolate teddy bear and wants to kiss all the girls. Latigo is our only boy dog at the moment. Tee Bee is a pit bull the color of a doe with eyes to match, very gentle and sweet, just wants to take naps and get her ears rubbed. And Molly. Molly is a pit bull mix, super sweet and very protective of those of us who she knows. She's about a year old, still a pup of sorts. Molly has had it rough because she used to belong to one of the guys, but that guy got sent to prison so now she kinda belongs to the boss. She spends nights at the boss's house and days at work, making the rounds to get petted and pampered.
Well. Today Molly bit the UPS man when he came to drop off a package. He walked up to one of the other employees faster than Molly liked, so she defended the employee by attacking the UPS guy. She was sent to her kennel for the rest of the day, and I don't know what is going to happen to her. :-( Pit bulls, even really sweet ones, cannot bite. They have a bad reputation because of biased stereotyping to begin with, so if the UPS guy presses charges, a judge is more likely to take his side anyways just because of her breed. But even so, there were at least two or three witnesses and she bit him hard enough to leave a mark. That's plenty of evidence to have her put down, if he chooses to. :-( And perhaps plenty of evidence to get the rest of the dogs banned from coming to work as well.
I like having dogs around work because it's a bit relaxing to go rub their bellies or pet their heads when I get annoyed or stressed. But they can't be a danger to our customers or friends, that just won't work. And poor Molly! She's just precious, it would break everyone's heart if she had to be put down. </3 We've all kind of adopted her, and she's definitely adopted us. ;;
